Most of our orders within Australia arrive in 3-5 days of being shipped. For overseas orders 10 to 14 days. Some orders arrive in less time, and in some rare circumstances orders can take longer, but our customer research shows 97% of orders are received within this time frame. If your order is not received within 10 business days (28 days for overseas orders) of shipment, contact us to arrange a replacement or refund. Our shipping fees are subject to change in the event of increasing in postage, freight and other costs.
