Vetafarm Rabbit Origins Senior Rabbit Food 1.5kg
As rabbits age, they often face health challenges such as joint stiffness, digestive inefficiencies, and cognitive decline. Providing a diet tailored to these specific needs is crucial for maintaining their quality of life. Vetafarm Rabbit Origins Senior Rabbit Food 1.5kg is a veterinarian-formulated diet designed to address the unique requirements of senior rabbits, ensuring they receive comprehensive nutritional support during their golden years. This specialized formula begins with fresh, farm-grown virgin hay, offering a natural and high-fiber base essential for promoting healthy digestion and regularity. To support joint health and alleviate arthritic symptoms, vegan glucosamine is incorporated, providing a plant-based solution to enhance mobility and comfort.
Recognizing the importance of a robust digestive system and immune defense in aging rabbits, the diet includes prebiotics and postbiotics. These components work synergistically to foster a balanced gut microbiome, improve nutrient absorption, and strengthen the immune system, helping to protect against pathogens and illness. Furthermore, the inclusion of omega long-chain fatty acids, specifically DHA and EPA, supports cognitive function, eye health, and overall immune performance, helping to keep your senior rabbit's mind sharp and body resilient.
