Preparation Instructions

1. Assemble Supplies:
   • Wombaroo Dog Milk Replacer powder
   • A mixing container
   • Warm water (previously boiled and cooled)
   • A sterilised bottle or syringe for feeding
   • Accurate measuring tools (spoons or scales)
2. Determine Feeding Needs:
   • Calculate the daily intake using your puppy's weight and the chart provided below.
   • Prepare the total amount of powder and water for the day's feedings.
3. Prepare the Milk:
   • For 30 mL of Milk:
     • Mix 1 level scoop (6.5 g) of powder with 25 mL of warm water.
   • For 1 Litre of Milk:
     • Mix 215 g of powder with 850 mL of warm water.
   • Stir or shake until the mixture is smooth.
   • Milk can be stored in the fridge for up to a day or can be frozen for up to 2 weeks.
4. Check Milk Temperature:
   • The milk should be at body temperature (approximately 37 C or 98.6 F). Test it on your wrist to ensure it's warm but not too hot.
5. Feeding Process:
   • Lay the puppy on its stomach to mimic natural feeding positions.
   • Slowly administer the milk using a sterilised bottle or syringe.
